While I appreciate all the AMAZINGLY sweet compliments like “I want to look like you someday”… I don’t want that one bit!! I want you all to be the best, most amazing YOU you can be!
One of the worst things you can say is that you want to look like “this person” or “that person”. By doing that, you limit yourself to being only as excellent as they may be and in so doing, you prevent yourself from realizing and achieving a higher level of accomplishment that you never knew possible! One that FAR surpasses that of whom you admire or wish to look like!
Let others be GUIDES, not GOALS! <3

side note: if feel like you can live without the things on the left.. then by all means go ahead! but if one or a few of those things are guilty pleasures.. you are allowed to indulge.. but only if you feel strong enough & STAY IN CONTROL.
don’t sit and eat a whole box of cookies.. or a shitload of ice cream.. they are called TREATS for a reason. when you are TREATED to something it is something special, a luxury, that you otherwise wouldn’t or shouldn’t be afforded every day.
and if you do indulge.. or overindulge.. try your best not to beat yourself up over it! shit happens. it’s better to just let it go and move on and try again.. then to guilt trip yourself and get all stressed out.
you’ll be fine. a couple cookies won’t make you gain 500 lbs tomorrow. i promise.
